About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our high-performing, remote-first team at Zerta. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product owners to design, build, and deliver high-impact software solutions. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of features, drive technical excellence, and scale our products globally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in a software engineering or relevant functional role.
- Strong expertise in methodologies and tools associated with the Technical Recruiter role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable code/designs.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English to work effectively with remote teams.
- Passion for mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
